How to crochet the bunny “Harvey” I´ll show you in this free crochet pattern. The bunny Harvey is known as a companion of Edna and is with the games a great present for Easter.
The bunny “Harvey” is part of the games “Edna breaks out” and “Harveys new Eyes” and the set is a nice give away. Incidentally, the games are classic “point and click adventures” similar to the well-known hidden object games and will be liked by thus they likes to puzzle. By the way, the topic of the plot is also very interesting, because everything revolves around how much freedom children should have and offers many approaches between black and white, which is worth thinking about. Who likes the games will love the bunny “Harvey” and love to cuddle him.

First we sew the eyes once around to the head by using the thread ends. You can try out the correct position first and attach them with pins to get the placed well. At the end the thread ends will be secured and weaved in behind the eyes.
Next the ears will be sewn to the head by using the thread ends. Their position is around the 24th round with 2 stitches distance in the middle of the eyes. First mark the middle between the eyes and then the middle of the 24th round. Now you can place the ears with the straight edge and attach them with pins to the head. After the ears are sewn completely you can secure and weave in the thread ends into the head.
Now we sew the body with the opening to the head. The neck is placed from the 15th and 20th round in the middle of the bottom of the head. The centre between the half treble crochet stitches (UK!) is on the back. The neck will be sewn once around to the head by using the thread end. Before you´re once around, you need to fill a bit more and then you can finish and secure and weave in the thread ends.
Then mark the middle line of the body and sew on the arms and legs by using the thread ends. The arms sit around the 36th round and the legs around the 7th round. The arms and legs will be positioned according the middle of the front and have 6 stitches distance to each other. You need to make sure that the toetips of the legs show up, otherwise they are reversed. At the end you will also secure and weave in the thread ends inside the body.
Then you also attach the belly to the body. It is placed between the 13th and 27th round and will also positioned according to the middle. For sewing you also use the thread end and secure and weave in it also inside the body at the end.
Now I hop you will have a lot of fun with the crochet bunny Harvey and hopefully you will visit us again!
